Sales management and invoicing: our approach
Quotes prepared in Word, invoices in Excel, unpaid invoices tracked from memory: this is still daily life for many SMEs in Morocco. The result: pricing errors, forgotten invoices and cash flow that is hard to forecast.
We develop sales management software that follows each sale from quote to payment: price lists per customer, discounts, conversion into an order and then an invoice in one click, payment tracking (cash, cheques, bank transfers, LCN bills of exchange) and automatic reminders. Invoices include the information required in Morocco, such as the ICE (common company identifier).

From quote to payment, with no re-entry
- The sales rep creates a quote from the catalogue and the customer’s prices.
- The accepted quote becomes an order, then a delivery note that updates the stock.
- The invoice is generated from the delivery, with all the mandatory information.
- Payments are matched against invoices; overdue payments trigger reminders.
- Accounting entries are exported to your accounting software or your accountant.
Adapted to Moroccan practices
Payments by LCN or cheque with due dates, deposits, business and private customers, prices in dirhams or in foreign currencies: the software reflects your actual rules. Invoicing obligations are changing, particularly with e-invoicing: well-structured data today makes it easier to adapt to the tax administration’s new requirements.
Expected impact & ROI
Fewer invoicing errors, no forgotten unpaid invoices and more predictable cash flow.
Frequently asked questions: Sales management and invoicing
Are the invoices compliant with Moroccan regulations?
Invoices include the mandatory information: identity of the seller and of the business customer, ICE, tax identification number, continuous numbering, VAT rates and amounts. The templates are validated with your chartered accountant before go-live.
Can we track LCN bills and cheques to be cashed?
Yes: a schedule of bills, bank deposits, unpaid items and reminders, with a clear view of expected cash week by week.
Is the software linked to the accounting?
It exports sales, purchase and payment entries in the format expected by your accounting software or your accountant, to avoid any re-entry.
